self-care does not mean only to do what you want - and ignore the needs and wishes of the people around you. The point is to find a balance between giving and taking. Acts of self-love do not cost a lot of money or take a lot of time. It may be something simple like a walk in the park to feed the ducks, take a bubble bath or do light exercise: You decide!
