No doubt: A cool-down program after training has many benefits! It normalizes your heart rate and promotes general relaxation. The cooling after exercise should last between 5 and 10 minutes and include a mix of stretching and gentle movements. This stretches and movements are the key to all the benefits of your training exploit.

SLOW HEART RATE AND RESPIRATORY
